When one arrived at RMA PPF Dubai, it needed no adjustments. Its form, stance, and styling were already complete. What it did require, however, was something less visible: a protective barrier that would preserve its original look without altering it.

A Process That Puts Respect First

Before the film is ever applied, we slow down. This Defender SV was prepared through careful cleaning, surface correction, and panel-by-panel inspection. Black paint is beautiful, but also unforgiving. The smallest swirl or dust particle shows itself immediately, so our preparation was done in layers with no shortcuts.

We’ve worked with vehicles of every size and finish, but the SV, with its mix of straight lines, curves, gloss black trims, and hidden gaps, asks for stillness and attention from the installer. That’s exactly what it received.

At RMA PPF, we’ve chosen one material ProFilm because it performs without excuses. For this project, we used ProFilm Ultra Clear Pro, a variant designed to maintain the richness of the factory finish while protecting against environmental wear, road debris, and Dubai’s intense sun.This film doesn’t dull the gloss, distort the color, or add artificial shine. It simply lets the surface be what it was designed to be only stronger.

Application That Follows the Design, Not the Template

Each section of this SV was wrapped by hand front to rear, roof to rockers. Our team doesn’t rely on pre-cut kits or generic patterns. Every piece was measured and trimmed in real time, following the design language of the vehicle with precision.

Trims were masked. Badges were carefully worked around. Edges were rolled and sealed properly. The goal was simple: no visible seams, no dust under film, and no tension lines. Just a clean finish with complete protection.

When it was time to return the vehicle to the client, the result felt natural. The finish had not changed, but its ability to handle real use had been upgraded. It could now face high-speed drives, harsh parking conditions, and daily exposure without flinching.
