Our Process: Respecting Every Edge

Working with a Defender is never straightforward. Its panels are wide, its corners sharp, and its design leaves little room for error. That’s why we started with full surface preparation cleaning, stripping wax, and inspecting the body under controlled lighting.

From there, every panel was wrapped by hand. The satin PPF was stretched, settled, and tucked without a single exposed edge. Door jambs, mirror arms, lower bumpers, and even the rear spare mount were wrapped to maintain consistency. No shine, no gloss, just a clean, soft finish from top to tail.
